I am a small business owner. I have 2 booths in vintage malls, and an online shop. So I’m pretty flexible, but I do typically get some work done during the week. Let me know if your pup likes adventure, or is more of a homebody. Some pups enjoy stopping by my place to do some work, and others prefer staying within their comfort zone. :)

I am very respectful of other people’s space. I never go through anything in anyone’s home, or step foot in any room I’m not supposed to. I’m very respectful of instructions. I don’t allow guests over anywhere I’m sitting, unless we’ve talked about it first. I’d also like to know what your availability is like while you’re away. I send a lot of pictures and videos, but I also don’t want to bother you too much. I have ADHD and sometimes I forget things, or struggle with time blindness. If you have written instructions for me to reference, that’s awesome! If not, nbd but I may text you to ask a question more than once, and I apologize ahead of time for that!

Is your animal a homebody? Or an adventurer? If they’re a homebody, do they go potty inside? What, if any, are their medical needs? I learn best by doing, so it would be great if you can show me during our meet and greet, or before you leave. A video works too! :) How much energy does your dog have? Do they like kids? Or should I pull them a little closer when walking by? How do they do in public spaces? Would they enjoy sitting on a bar patio with me and a friend, or would that cause them too much anxiety? Would they like to come with me to a chiropractor appointment if I have one scheduled? Tell me how your pet lives its best life. <3
A typical day
Pups are all different, some are super laid back and just want to chill at home with a casual potty walk. Some pups have a lot of energy and need to play even after a long walk. They typically have an agenda and want to check out certain areas they’re familiar with to remark and keep tabs on the neighborhood. Depending on your dog, we may just watch some movies, or we may play a rousing game of fetch or tug of war. If they like to visit with people & kids, then I have a friend with a 5 year old and a big yard we can go play in. If they like to nap, than I can get some work done on my website until the next meal time or potty break. I’m really there to hang out with your animal(s) more than anything.

I love allllll the animals! Not just cats and dogs, but lizards and snakes too! Tell me all about your pets. I live up on the hill by OHSU. I also spend time with my partner, their dog & 2 cats in Salem. My cat’s name is Flapjack! He’s about 18, and I’ve leash trained him. He also has a stroller. I love taking him for walks. He lets me trim his nails too! But we’ve worked up to that. I would do 1 claw at a time, followed by a treat. I also let him run his face on the clippers, and told him it’s his. Now I can sit down and trim all his claws, while he purrs. 🥹
