hello! my name is Tabitha, and I have a 4 y/o dog named 'Gus' that I adopted from the shelter in 2023 after grieving the loss of my oldest childhood dog, Libby. we spend almost all of our free time together either playing outside, hiking, going for car rides, napping, and walking around the park. I grew up with several dogs, and have always loved meeting and interacting with animals of all types! I have experience taking care of kittens and cats as well as fostering puppies while helping train, socialize, and potty train them. whether you need someone to take your dog/dogs for a walk while you're out, stop in and check on your pets, or caring for your fur babies while you're away, I've got you covered!

I'm the type of sitter that will prioritize your preferences and your pets' needs and comfort first. Once I know what my responsibilities are, I keep those at the forefront of my mind during a stay. I make sure to take time getting acquainted with new pets and letting them set the pace for how quickly we become comfortable with each other. Once we're familiar with each other I'll give your pet(s) snuggles, play with them, take them on walks, or just spend time with them depending on their activity/stimulation level and comfort.

Tabitha was amazing! I had to leave for a family emergency and she took the best care of my pets and house leaving me stress free! Continuous updates with pictures every morning afternoon and evening with updates throughout the day! Her communication is top tier!
Tabitha has a great background in caring and loving on pups for as long as I can remember. She adores her dog Libby and cares for her every need. She is constantly taking Libby on walks, researching how to help her pup as she is getting older, and finds new fun ways to love and provide for her sweet baby. Tabby grew up in a house full of dogs so she has had a lot of experience around a multitude of breeds. She has a very big heart when it comes to animals and children. She is well experienced in child and dog care from her nannying positions. Her patience and genuine enjoyment to care and love for others is one of her best quality traits. She loves to keep routines as she knows the importance it brings to pet owners and their pets. Tabby knows that quality time is very important for dogs since they are very dependent on their owners and the affection that they provide. Overall, Tabby is warm and compassionate, reliable and patient, and will put the needs of others above her own. Her acts of selflessness will be a great attribute when it comes to pet care.

Schedule
Since I'm a part-time swim teacher I'm always home for morning/evening feedings and spend mornings and nights for quality time with the pets I'm looking after.
