Coziness and consistency for pets!
My family has had dogs since I was 12, and my family's house is still Dog Mecca; all the neighborhood dogs hang out there during the day! I love hiking and I have a car, perfect for picking up and dropping off dogs of any size, and great for adventures! I have extensive experience dog-sitting, both on Rover and for neighbors and family, and I'm happy to take care of any other critters you might have at home. I have experience taking care of senior dogs and cats. I love animals, and I know how much you must love yours, so I promise to take great care of them. I can take your dogs on everything from easy walks to long hikes, play with them, and cuddle them (or not, if that's not what they like!). I'm an in-office professional but am typically free from Friday through Monday, so I'd love to watch your pets anytime you've got a long weekend, or give them a walk or drop-in when you're in office those days, too! I'm willing to discuss whatever special needs or requests you might have for your pet, and I look forward to meeting you both!

I will come to you! I do drop-ins and stays at my clients' homes, and will take careful care of your home. I'm happy to take out the trash, water the plants, etc., and will make sure that when you come back your house is in at least as good a shape as when you left it! I'm thorough and communicative and will update you immediately if anything is awry--and I'll make sure you hear all the fun things too! No rush to text back, but my goal is for you to have the reassurance you need that your pet is enjoying themself and having their needs met!

Tabby has been our dogsitter for 4 years now! We are so grateful to have found her. As our girl has gotten a bit older, Tabby has not missed a beat adjusting her care to our dog's changing needs (medicine, etc). We feel at ease knowing our dog and home are being watched over by such a kind person!

Tabby is a repeat sitter for us! We love her and our Peggy loves her, too! She is very communicative, responsible, and amazingly leaves our home better than she found it :) Most importantly we are grateful to have such a caring and trustworthy person to watch Peggy while we are away.
Tabby is so great we asked her back again! :) Our large Deerhound continues to be a little picky with her eating habits and Tabby was happy to try our convoluted instructions to get her to eat (different foods, different bowls, inside/outside, the works)! We appreciate that she is so communicative, responsive, and kind. No notes, 10 out of 10 stars :)

Schedule
I'm a full-time professional who works remotely on Monday and Friday, so I'd love to watch your pets whenever you have a long weekend away or have a big Saturday or Sunday out of the house! Since weekends can become busy, I prefer as much notice as possible so I can make sure your pet and I get a good amount of time together. :) I'd love to know what your specifics are: does Luna get her morning walk sometime between 7-10 or is it important that it's right at 7? Is Oliver more comfortable walking a specific route or is he happy wherever? The more I know, the better consistency I can provide and the better company I can be for your pet!
