Szu yu was very communicative and so so caring for my cats. I appreciate her letting me know they were doing alright and sent lots of photos. Reliable, and on time. I highly recommend Szu yu.

Szu is incredibly responsible and attentive! We even asked her last minute to help with our automatic litter box, and she handled everything perfectly. Highly recommended!

I’m really happy to recommend Szu as a pet sitter. I’ve been her roommate for a while and have seen how much love and effort she puts into caring for her cat, Creamy. She’s honestly one of the most responsible pet mums I know. Our place is always clean, especially anything related to Creamy—litter area, food space, grooming, everything. She never skips vet appointments and is super on top of his health. When Creamy had surgery, Szu took such good care of him, following all the instructions and staying patient even on the hard days. She’s great at reading a cat’s mood and knowing what they need, and she’s the type who will send photo updates just to make sure owners feel relaxed. I’d love to recommend Szu as a pet sitter. I’ve lived with her for years and have seen up close how much care and heart she puts into looking after her cat, Creamy. Creamy is a 9 year old cat with separation anxiety and a history of urinary blockage, so he needs extra attention and consistency and Szu has always stepped up without hesitation. On a daily basis she handles feeding, litter cleaning, grooming, and plenty of playtime to keep Creamy happy and calm. For over three years she also managed his medications and kept a close eye on any changes in his behavior. When he went through surgery, she was incredibly dedicated during the recovery, following the vet’s instructions and making sure he felt safe every step of the way. What really stands out is how naturally she understands animals. She notices the little things like mood changes, appetite, energy, and responds with so much patience. I’ve never doubted that Creamy is in the best hands possible, and I know she would care for any pet with the same level of love and responsibility.
