Sylvie was fantastic with Biscuit! She sent photos and updates throughout the stay, which put my mind at ease since it was his first time being boarded. He came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. You can tell she genuinely loves dogs, not just tolerates them. Booking with Sylvie again without a second thought.
We can't recommend Sylvie highly enough! She has looked after our miniature dachshund, Lily, and from the moment we dropped her off, we knew she was in safe hands. It's clear that Sylvie genuinely loves animals and treats every pet as if they were her own. We received regular updates and photos throughout Lily's stay, which gave us complete peace of mind. Lily came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very well looked after. Sylvie took the time to understand Lily's routine and personality, and it really showed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sylvie to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy pet sitter!
