I've had cats for more than 30 years, newborn to elderly. I've taken care of my neighbor's two cats during her many absences over a period of three years. I have also walked and house-sat dogs, for periods up to one week. /// J'ai eu des chats pendant plus de 30 ans, des nouveau-nés aux plus âgée. J'ai pris soin des deux chats de ma voisine lors de ses nombreuses absences sur une période de trois ans. J'ai aussi promené et gardé des chiens, pour des périodes allant jusqu'à une semaine.

My cat Toby really seemed to like Sylvie and she was accommodating on short notice.
Sylvie and her husband watched our beloved kitties while we travelled and as always, they were treated with so much care. We felt confident and assured they were happy and enjoying their days watching birds from the cat tree and playing with their favourite toys. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt ! 😊

I had a wonderful experience with Sylvie. I left our cat in her care for seven days, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was caring, and it was clear that my cat was well looked after and comfortable throughout the stay. I appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. When I picked up my cat, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Feeding, refreshing water, lots of petting, playing, walking, resting. Bringing to a dog park (a few blocks away). Quiet times when appropriate. Can also water plants, pick up mail and do light chores during my house visit, as may be required. /// Nourrir, rafraîchir l'eau, donner beaucoup d'affection, jouer, marcher, se reposer. Amener à un parc à chiens (à proximité). Temps calmes, le cas échéant. Peut également arroser les plantes, ramasser le courrier et effectuer des tâches légères lors de ma visite à domicile, selon les besoins.
A typical day
There are many parks and open spaces in the immediate vicinity which provide opportunities for the dog to play and if appropriate, interact with other dogs. Can also jog with the dog depending on his level of energy. Also enjoy sharing his favorite toys. /// Il existe de nombreux parcs et espaces ouverts dans le voisinage immédiat qui offrent au chien la possibilité de jouer et, le cas échéant, d'interagir avec d'autres chiens. Peut également faire du jogging avec le chien en fonction de son niveau d'énergie. J'aime aussi partager ses jouets préférés.
