Sylvia did a very good job stopping by to feed and give medication to my cat Grace while I was away for the Labor Day weekend. She came on schedule and let me know she was there both with a notification/message and a cute picture of Grace. I really appreciate Sylvia’s excellent communication and her reliability. I would definitely use her again to care for Grace!

Sylvia was Astrid’s new bestie while I was away. She was always timely and professional about her visits and really took the time to make sure Astrid was happy and healthy. Would book her again in a heartbeat!

Sylvia was great with my dog Ninji! She was very communicative throughout the whole process. I especially liked the walk photos and note! Would definitely book with her again!!

Sylvia was wonderful with my cat and very kind throughout the process. She clearly cares about animals, followed all the instructions I provided, and my cat was well taken care of while I was away. I really appreciated the updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind. There was a bit of a miscommunication around timing, which caused some worry on my end, but once we were in touch everything went smoothly. Overall, Sylvia did a great job caring for my cat, and with clearer communication around scheduling, I would absolutely book with her again.

Our cats absolutely adored her, and it showed in every update. What truly set her apart was her initiative: I forgot to even mention the litter box routine, and she still cleaned the litter boxes and the entire area around them, unasked, and handled it professionally. That kind of judgment and care is rare. She made sure our kitties had the best experience: fresh food and water, clean litter, playtime, cuddles, and thoughtful check-ins with photos. We came home to relaxed, happy cats and a tidy space. Her service is unbelievable for the fee she charges…truly above and beyond. We recommend Sylvia without hesitation.

Sylvia has watched our cats many times. She is responsible, caring and professional. One of our cats required a pill twice a day and Sylvia was great at giving Honey her pills! Sylvia always makes sure to spend time playing with our cats and giving them loving attention. She gives updates and sends pictures regularly.
