Dog and Cat Care While You’re Away!
I am a lifelong pet owner and experienced cat and dog sitter currently providing overnight stays, drop-in visits for feedings, playtime and scheduled walks in Millsboro, DE. I have taken care of cats and dogs for Rover, friends, family, neighbors and a pet sitting company. I will provide loving care and send you photos and details for all visits. My goal is to always provide the best care experience and interaction for your pet while you are away. Our pets are our family and it is hard to leave them when we work or go on vacation. It is very important to provide peace of mind while you are away. I am looking forward to scheduling a meet and greet with you and meet your special pets!

Sylvia was a perfect fit for our dog. Daisy tends to be a little shy but was best friends with Sylvia within an hour.. if that. Sylvia was great at sending me pictures throughout the day of my furbaby. Daisy looked very comfortable and relaxed. When I went to pick her up, Daisy had already claimed Sylvia as her person and did not recognize me for about 15 seconds..which felt like a lifetime. Although I felt alitte jolted..it showed me that my dog really liked Sylvia and that..my friends..is priceless. Thank you once again for becoming my dogs... person.. while we are on vacation.
We were a bit apprehensive about leaving our 2-year-old Cavapoo, Ollie, with a sitter for the first time, but Sylvia put our minds at ease the moment we met her. She is incredibly caring and attentive. I loved receiving the photo updates showing Ollie happy and enjoying his stay—it meant I didn't have to worry about him at all! I can’t recommend Sylvia enough for anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.
Sylvia was great with Tazzy. She was very thorough on our initial meet and great, and had her notes ready when we brought Tazzy for her weekend getaway. We felt very comfortable leaving her in good hands.
Great communication! She really cares about your pet’s well being and sends frequent pictures that are fun to see every day! Our dog is a bit tentative but she really made him feel comfortable! Will definitely use again…I booked it not living in there area bc I needed care away from our home and she was so very loving

Schedule
I work part time from home so I am able to give my full attention to your pets needs and well being. I allow pets to lay on the couch with me and also on my bed at night for added comfort, security and cuddles.

I have a small backyard and live in a small community where we can take our walks. There also is a neighborhood dog park nearby as well we can visit.
A typical day
For dogs we can play fetch, go on nature walks in my community and go to the dog park. For cats we can play with furry toys, lots of petting and belly rubs.
