Hi, I’m Sylvia! Animals have been a massive part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a family dog from the time I was four and a half years old, which taught me from a very young age how to read animal body language, respect their boundaries, and provide the deep care and affection they deserve. In addition to a lifetime of dog ownership, I have experience cat sitting for family friends and managing overnight housesitting for neighbors. Whether pets need a playful companion, a strict adherence to a medication routine, or just someone to keep them company so they don't feel lonely, I am confident I can provide excellent and attentive care.

Because I would offer care in the client's home, my top priority is maintaining the pet's established routine in the environment where they feel safest. In the home, I ensure all doors and gates are always strictly secured, potential hazards are kept out of reach, and clean water is always available. I strictly follow specific feeding, medication, and leash-walking instructions to keep things predictable and stress-free for them and myself. To build trust with my client, I provide transparent, frequent communication and photo updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I also treat any home I'm in with the utmost respect, keeping it clean, locked, and exactly as it's left, making sure to adhere to their privacy all while treating them and their things with the utmost respect.

Sylvie is a devoted animal lover who is dependable, enthusiastic, and compassionate! She has taken care of multiple cats for friends, as well as family pets including our dog Wilson. Schedule
Over the summer, I have open availability and flexibility. Once school starts in early September, my schedule remains highly accommodating as I only have classes four days a week for a couple of hours a day, leaving me plenty of dedicated blocks of time to prioritize pet's feeding, exercise, and companionship needs.
