Excellent care and communication. Really enjoyed seeing the photos and happy that my cat warmed up to Sylvia so quickly!

She was great! On time every time and took great care of our pups. Would recommend and use again!

We have never used a service like Rover before, so were uncertain as to what to expect. In our minds, Sylvia was perfect with our cat, Taco. She interacted with him, played with him, keeping him stimulated while we were away. We could not have asked fir better service than Sylvia provided, and most highly recommend her.

She was great, our dog is always a little skeptical of new people and she was willing to come over ahead of time to meet him and see how he would react. She knew how to approach him and by the end of the first day, he was opening up to her. I would 100% book with her every time we need a dog sitter

I want to start by thanking Sylvia for her excellent communication during her stay. She was incredibly attentive and highly responsive to all of my messages. I especially appreciated her proactive care when Stella wouldn't eat; Sylvia immediately reached out to ask how she could help, which clearly demonstrated her genuine concern for my dogs' wellbeing. However, I did encounter a significant issue upon returning home on Sunday afternoon. There was a strong odor when I walked in, which I traced to a large puddle of urine in my office. My dogs are 9 and 7 years old, have lived in this home for four years, and have never had an accident inside until now—especially with a doggy door fully accessible to them. While I am very grateful for Sylvia's kindness and attentiveness to their daily care, coming home to this situation was highly disappointing. I would recommend her for her communication and care, but must emphasize the importance of ensuring pets are utilizing their designated outdoor areas during future stays.
