Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at my dad’s family-owned business, which gives me a very flexible schedule. If I have a walk or drop-in scheduled during those hours, I’m usually able to leave work to take care of your pet and return afterward. I’m also completely free after 1 p.m. and on weekends. I’m even able to bring dogs to work with me if you’re comfortable with it and your dog does well in that environment. This gives me the flexibility to accommodate different schedules and means your pet doesn’t necessarily have to be left alone just because I’m at work. I’ve had dogs my entire life and currently have two of my own, so caring for pets is already a normal part of my everyday routine.

When caring for pets in my home, I try to make them feel as comfortable and at home as possible. They’ll get plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, walks, and affection throughout the day. I have two friendly dogs of my own, so if your pet enjoys other dogs, they’ll also have some company and a chance to play. I do not have a fenced-in yard, so outdoor time is supervised and dogs are taken out on a leash for potty breaks and walks. Pets are welcome on my furniture, and I’m happy to accommodate crates, specific feeding schedules, medications, or other routines they’re used to at home. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I know pets can be more comfortable when things feel familiar, so I follow your instructions for feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, and anything else that is important to your pet.

Information Syieve G. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for your pet, I would love to know a little about their personality and normal routine. Please let me know their feeding and potty schedule, energy level, any medications or special needs, and anything they may be afraid of or uncomfortable with. Since I have two dogs of my own, it is especially important for me to know how your pet does around other dogs and if they have ever shown any aggression or resource guarding. I would also like to know how they behave on walks, whether they have any allergies or food restrictions, and any little habits or quirks that will help me make them feel at home. The more I know about your pet beforehand, the better I can keep their routine consistent and make sure they are comfortable while in my care.
A typical day
A typical day really depends on the pet and what they enjoy! I like to follow the owner’s routine and preferences so their pet feels as comfortable as possible. For dogs that enjoy being active, I have plenty of toys for playtime, and we can spend time outside playing and getting some fresh air. If the owner is comfortable with it, I also enjoy taking dogs to the park or on walks for a change of scenery. I have two dogs of my own, so pets that enjoy being around other dogs can also have plenty of opportunities to play and socialize with them. Of course, I would only do this if the owner is comfortable with it and the dogs get along well. For pets that are more laid-back, they’re more than welcome to relax and make themselves at home. I allow pets on the furniture, so there’s definitely plenty of time for cuddles, naps, and hanging out together too. I try to match each pet’s personality and energy level rather than forcing them into a certain routine.

Reviews

We had such a great experience with Syieve! She took amazing care of our puppy, Vader, kept us updated, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our pup was well cared for, happy, and loved the entire time. Communication was excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy dog sitter!
