This is our second time letting Syeda keep Rocky and he was so happy when we picked him up. She took good care of him.

Took my booking last minute and provided updates to help my anxiety of last minute changes to leave my baby….def will use her again
My baby Mochi stayed with Syeda for 9 days, Mochi seemed adapted well and had lot fun with other kitten that was staying here. It was a great experience for me to receive pictures and videos of Mochi while I was on a trip. I would definitely come to her again if necessary!
Gave specific safety instructions for Syeda when caring for our dogs and those instructions were not followed “because the dog didn’t want to” and there was no communication from sitter regarding why these instructions were not followed. No updates and no photos were provided. Reached out to sitter and was treated if we were bothering her regarding the care that we are paying for. And had to find a last minute sitter for her remaining visits. Definitely would not book again.
Syeda took good care of Rocky for a one night over stay. It was a last minute booking but she was accommodating. Rocky seemed to have fit right in when he first got there and came back his happy self. We appreciate her caring for our Rocky!

I maintain a schedule that allows me to be present throughout the day. I don't leave boarding pets unattended for extended periods, ensuring constant oversight and reassurance.
