I mostly work from home remotely so walking your dog or cuddling your cat won’t interrupt my daily work routine much. I typically walk the dog every 3 hours or so with at least one of those walks being sniffing walks for enrichment. I feed my pets once in the morning and once in the early evening. The cats also get to play with some puzzle toys in the late afternoon to fend off some of the hangriness.

I would prefer to watch pets in the client’s home where the cat/dog is most comfortable. While my pets are perfectly friendly (especially my cat loving dog) it may stress your pet out to be in a completely new environment with 3 new furry strangers

If the dog specifically has any no-touch areas. I know most dogs don’t like their paws being touched but if I’m at risk I’d like to know that.
Ein typischer Tag
I like doing sniffy walks with dogs (longer slower walks where I let the dog sniff all the things) in addition to their normal walks to stretch their legs and bathroom needs. Sniffy walks in combination with tossing treats it can be great mental stimulation. I enjoy doing similar mental stimulation for cats I the form of puzzle toys.

I have had dogs throughout my life and always loved animals. I currently have a dog (a sweet pittie mutt) and two cats (less sweet, just as much mutts) that I’ve had for a 2 years and 4 years respectively. I have also recently began fostering kittens for the last 6 months.
