Just a couple who loves pets!
We are two Canadians with a lifelong love of animals and have always had both dogs and cats as part of our family. My name is Sydni and my partners name is Nelson. We’ve raised puppies from a young age, helped with training, and understand the patience, consistency, and care that pets need to thrive. We’ve also volunteered at animal shelters in both Canada and Mexico and have happily pet sat for friends, family, and others whenever they needed a helping hand. We’re an active couple who enjoy long walks and runs, and we live right beside the Meadows, giving dogs plenty of space to explore, exercise, and play. Our ground-floor home also makes frequent potty breaks quick and easy. We genuinely love spending time with animals and treat every pet as if they were our own. Since moving away from home, we’ve been missing our own furry companions, so we’d be delighted to give your pets all the love, attention, and care they deserve while you’re away.

Schedule
Although we both work full-time during the week, our schedules allow us to provide consistent care for pets. I work from home one day each week, and this day is flexible, allowing me to adjust it to suit pet-sitting commitments where possible. During weekdays, we’re both home by 5:00 pm and spend our evenings at home, ensuring plenty of time for walks, playtime, and cuddles. We’re also fully available on weekends and are happy to care for pets over long weekends or extended stays.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a ground-floor flat with no neighbouring flats beside us, only above, making it quick and easy to get outside for regular potty breaks. Our home is calm, clean, and pet-friendly. We’re happy to follow your pet’s usual routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication, potty breaks, and bedtime. If your dog or cat is crate trained, we’re happy to crate them at night if requested. We’ll also provide regular photo updates and messages so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away. Most importantly, we’ll care for your furry family member as if they were our own, giving them plenty of love, attention, and cuddles.
