Hi! My name is Sydney and I absolutely love animals! I have grown up in a home constantly surrounded by pets of all shapes, breeds and sizes. My family currently has 5 pets (3 dogs and 2 cat), 3 of which were rescues. Before these pets we had cats, dogs, and guinea pigs that have since passed as my life has gone on, leaving me with great memories and experiences to hold on to. I moved back home to Chicago 2 years ago and was previously living in NYC for 7 years where I was pursuing undergrad and graduate school. I am a dance teacher/coach for a studio within the northern suburbs. I used to attend Penn State University for my first 2 years of undergrad where I was a Veterinary and Biomedical Science major as well as an Animal Science major so I have some knowledge and education within those fields of study when it comes to animals. I graduated from NYU for undergrad and during my time there was a sitter for many animals. If you are a local pet owner in need of a responsible and experienced caretaker for their pet, I am your girl. I unfortunately cannot host your pets within my home, however, services that happen outside of the home are a-Ok! I love snuggling, playing and hanging out with animals. As a pet owner myself who used to use Rover for sitters with my late cat, Chloe, I know how important it is to trust the person who is caring for your animal in your home space. If you are in need of a caretaker, I know how hard it is leaving your pet, but I promise they will be in great hands!
