I started caring for neighbors dogs when I was 11 years old. I walked dogs around the neighborhood every day after school from middle school until my 2nd year in highschool. I have multiple families that still ask me to care for their pets when they go on vacation. I adopted a rescue dog around the time I stopped walking other people's dogs. She was very skiddish and needed proper training to help with her separation anxiety and reactivity toward other dogs. Because of the training I went through with her I have learned a lot about the training and care that goes into owning a dog. My dog lives with my mom in Syracuse and once I move into a bigger home she will move back in with me. Until then I can help others take care of their pets.
