When I visit your pup for a walk or drop-in, my goal is to make it the best part of their day! For walks, I keep things safe and fun, matching the pace to your dog’s energy level while keeping an eye on Florida’s heat. I plan routes with shade, carry water when needed, and adjust walk times to avoid the hottest part of the day so pups stay comfortable. During drop-ins, I make sure they have fresh water, food if needed, and plenty of love and attention. I always follow your instructions so their routine stays consistent and they feel happy and cared for while you’re away.

I always like to know as much as I can about your pup to make them feel safe and happy! Things like reactivity, stress levels, walking style, and any triggers (like loud noises or other dogs) are super helpful. I also love knowing their feeding schedule, energy level, favorite toys, and any special routines or commands they’re used to. The more I know, the more I can make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away!
A typical day
I love making every visit fun and engaging! Walks are one of my favorite ways to explore with pups, and I always match the pace to their energy level. If they’re playful, we’ll enjoy a good game of fetch or tug-of-war, and if they’re more relaxed, we’ll spend time snuggling and giving plenty of belly rubs. My goal is to make sure they get the exercise, attention, and love they need to feel happy and content while you’re away.

I absolutely love working with dogs of all ages and personalities, and I treat every pup like they’re part of my own family! Over the years, I’ve gained a lot of hands-on experience with leash-reactive dogs, helping them stay calm and confident on walks so they can enjoy their time outside. I also have a soft spot for puppies – I love channeling their energy into play, positive training, and building good habits early on. Senior dogs hold a special place in my heart too, and I make sure they get all the extra patience, comfort, and gentle care they need to feel their best. Every dog is unique, and I always take the time to get to know their personality and routine so they feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. My goal is to make every visit or walk a fun and positive experience for your pup, while giving you total peace of mind knowing they’re in caring hands.

Sydney was beyond great!! We have had some not-so-great experiences with dog sitters in the past, and it is such a relief to have finally found someone we love to take care of our two pups. Sydney stayed at our house for several days and took SUCH great care of our babies, and left the house immaculate.. She is super responsive, sent us tons of pictures, and went above and beyond our expectations. We will DEFINITELY be using Sydney again in the future!
Sydney is experienced and very trustworthy. We live in a coastal flood area. She took care of our beagle during flooding and didn't mind one bid! She is a college student and works part-time and still managed to help us ! Very responsible college student!
Sydney did a fantastic job taking care of our Penelope while we were away! She listened to our special requests, responds promptly and sends pictures and updates. She is courteous and takes good care of your pet as if they are her own! Thanks Sydney!
