I’ve been a pet lover my entire life and have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I’ve had two dogs and a cat of my own and regularly care for pets belonging to friends and family, including walking, feeding, playtime and keeping them company. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages and sizes, including puppies, seniors and multiple-pet households. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, so I make it a priority to follow your care instructions closely and make sure they feel comfortable, safe and loved while you’re away. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins and quality time with your pet. I’m attentive, reliable and communicative, and you can always expect plenty of photo updates! I’ll treat your pets with the same love and care I’ve always given my own.

Sydney is a loving and responsible sitter for our tuxedo cat, Mr. Rocky. Sydney is often available, even if we have last minute trips planned. Rocky feels safe with her, loves her company while we’re away (our longest trip was a week) and he doesn’t seem anxious when we return from our trip. If you want a trustworthy, loving, responsible sitter, I highly recommend her!
If you're looking for someone who will truly care for your pup, Syd is the absolute best! She’s so naturally loving and kind, it’s obvious right away how much she genuinely adores dogs. She’s great with photo updates and her communication is on point - she never hesitates to ask questions. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to easily fit pet care into my day. I’m available throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, sitting and boarding, and can spend plenty of time playing with and keeping your pet company. I’m also happy to work around your pet’s usual feeding, walking and playtime schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions, including feeding, walks, medications and any specific routines your pet is used to. I’m attentive to their behavior and will keep you updated with plenty of photos and communication while they’re in my care. For pets staying with me, I live in a spacious two-level, one-bedroom condo with no other pets, so they’ll have plenty of one-on-one attention in a calm environment. I’m also close to Overpeck Park, which is great for walks and outdoor time. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I’ll treat them and your space with the same care and respect I would my own.
