I'm Sydney (the one with the long hair), I work as a team with my partner Mike to take care of your pets. Throughout our lives, we've cared for cats and dogs belonging to family members, roommates, and friends. We've gotten to know so many animals, each with their own unique personalities, and we'd love to meet yours too :) We're comfortable with cleaning your pet's space, feeding them, administering medication, and anything else that they need to keep them happy and healthy.

My cat Ophelia is a very anxious kitty when it comes to change, this was her first time having a sleepover somewhere that isn't home and I was such a nervous wreck about it even though it was just one night. Sydney and Mike did such a wonderful and thoughtful job making sure they knew all about her needs and making her feel comfortable. It took her some time but she did eventually warm up and even ate while she was there which is a huge accomplishment for her. They were so attentive getting to know her and preparing for her. As mentioned I was a nervous wreck myself and they took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and went above and beyond with regular updates the entire time even though it was less than 24 hours for a stay. I feel like I knew exactly how my baby was doing the entire time which really eased alot of my anxieties. She is even adjusting really well now that she is home which for my kitty is a big deal. I feel like she could really feel as safe as possible for her and felt cared for in their home. They also had such a broad understanding of different cat needs and personalities and I really felt like I was leaving her with the best possible option. Especially considering what a late, last minute booking I had. I highly recommend their care. I really felt like I was leaving Ophelia with someone who knew how much she was loved and cared for and did everything possible to create a good experience for her. Even if she was a little scared and spent a lot of time hiding and adjusting. Thank you so much for making this a good experience for both of us, incredibly grateful
Sydney and Mike were amazing sitters for our 12 year old cat. They were consistent and gentle with administering his medication and gave us constant updates and pictures of a very happy kitty. Will absolutely reach out to them again to take care of him, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for wonderful care for their pets!
Sydney is an incredibly gentle and kind pet sitter. My cat felt comfortable with them right from their very first meeting which is quite rare. Sydney always kept me updated on how my cat was doing and paid great attention to details. I really appreciate and I’d definitely book again next time ;)
I had a last minute need for a cat sitter and Sydney was very responsive and friendly to interact with. I left two bonded cats in their care and Sydney was very patient and reassuring that my cats were in good hands. Sydney provided occasional updates, which were very welcome and helped confirm all was going well. I also appreciated Sydney's patience during pickup when one of my cats had challenges returning to their carrier. I would absolutely recommend Sydney.
I'm very happy that Maki stayed with Sydney. The daily updates were really appreciated. I felt secure to let my cat with them. I really appreciate it and will be back for sure!!!

We have open availability at the moment, and can easily accommodate brief check-ins with your pet or longer stays of multiple days without issue. Propose a time and date to us and let's discuss!

We want your pet to have the best time possible during your absence, whether this involves relaxing with them or keeping them entertained. We like to learn a pet's temperament, likes, dislikes, and boundaries, then work from there — every pet is different and has different needs, which is important to take into account so that they receive everything they need while you're away! It's important to note that we don't have pets of our own, so if we are boarding your pet you'll need to drop off anything your pet needs at our apartment first (food, litter box, toys, etc.)

We love to play with animals on their own terms, so let us know what your pet's favourite toys and games are. We can take your dog on an adventure to the park if that's something your dog would enjoy (if your cat or bunny wears a leash, we're happy to walk them too!)
