Hello! My name is Sydney. I've been taking care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I'm experienced taking care of various dog breeds from an 11 year old Alaskan Malamute to a year old Miniature Pinscher. I grew up always having at least one dog in the house and to me my dogs are my family! I love all dogs and would treat yours like I treat my own! I'm a very active person and love the outdoors, so if your dog loves exercise, I am all about going on a long walk or run. My own dogs and I also participate in Dog Sports including Agility and Dock Diving. I am aIso a board member of the Little Rock Dog Training Club, where I assist teaching dog training classes. In addition to dogs and cats, I have experience working a variety of more exotic animals, since I have been a working zookeeper for over 10 years. I graduated from Hendrix College with a degree in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology and have my Masters in Biology Zoo Science! I look forward to meeting you and creating awesome memories with your pets!

We moved into our home in 1997 and have been next door neighbors with the Ozerskys and Sydney ever since. They've always had dogs and have always taken such good care of them. Sydney is a very mature, kind and conscientious gal, and has taken care of our pets (both cats and dogs) on occasion over the years too. We recommend Sydney without any hesitation.
Sydney is a fantastic pet sitter! She adores animals and is extremely responsible. Our animals are always relaxed and happy after being in her care.

Schedule
I currently work full-time as a zookeeper. I like to schedule appointments after I get off work in the evenings. I am also available on my days off (Friday and Saturday).

At my home, I have a carpeted dog rec room. My house has a giant fenced yard. When I’m at your home, I always follow the guidelines set out by you.

A typical day
I love to stimulate a dog's mind through long walks, puzzle games, and playing fetch! A typical day with my own dogs consists of a walk in the morning or evening (depending on the weather). We also do multiple short and fun training sessions every day, including Agility training with my Border Collie and Obedience training with my Golden Retriever. At the end of the day, we end with snuggles and lots of belly rubs! And, maybe a treat or two.
