Sydney was awesome with my cats. They sent very thorough updates and went above and beyond to ensure their care-- my two love to get into trouble together and Sydney was great at letting me know and solving any chaos as it arose. I would trust Sydney with any of my pets any day
Went on a 2 week vacation and had to leave our cat alone for the first time since we adopted her. Sydney was great and took exceptional care of her. Came and visited the house every day to feed her and give her some attention. Was also very responsive to unexpected developments like the fall in air quality during the fires. Was very nice to know she was doing well and being well cared for while we were off in a different time zone.
So this was my first experience with Rover here in Canada and to be honest Sydney made me love the experience. She is such a unique soul who loves animals, she was very caring and sweet to my baby girl, she rapidly gained mine and my cat's trust. Im forever grateful to Sydney for the prime care she gave to my cat. 😍🥰

Sydney is so lovely and my cat loved her! She truly is an animal Whisperer because my rescue is normally very afraid of strangers but felt safe and comfortable with her 🥹 (Which never happened before) She sent a lot of pictures and a detailed summary after every visit, which gave me so much peace of mind. I was afraid leaving my anxious angel behind but because of Sydney I was truly able to enjoy my vacation! 💛 Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals really shines through!! I couldn’t recommend her more! 😊
