As a pet sitter, I am loving, gentle, and attentive. I love to know details about your dog(s)’s routine and preferences so that I can keep them as happy and comfortable as possible while you’re gone!
Information Sydney H. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know ahead of time if your dog has any special needs, medications, or vital routines (ex. feeding time, medication time, etc.) so that I can plan to provide the best care possible to your animals! Additionally, it would help to know if they do NOT get along well with other dogs, cats, children, and/or people in general so that I can act accordingly on walks.
A typical day
The frequency of these activities totally depends on the dog's age and energy level, of course, but I love going for walks with dogs and playing with them using their favorite toys. My dog at home, Bodhi, loves balls so much I've thrown one for him as many as 100 times in a row before stopping! (Once we got to 50, I just had to see how long he would go, haha.) If interested, I would be happy to take your dog to the dog park in Northport or to explore the Riverwalk or local neighborhoods :)

Pet care experience
Hello!! Thanks for visiting my profile :) I’ve had both dogs and cats in my household since birth and have actively helped to care for them since we adopted the first of my current dogs when I was 9. I have extensive experience caring for small dogs (5-15 lbs.) as both puppies and elderly, so I know how to keep them safe and happy! Additionally, I have helped to care for dogs of all sizes (up to 105 lbs.) on behalf of my extended family and friends, so I am also familiar with handling larger, more energetic animals. I have experience caring for up to 4 dogs at a time (the number in my house growing up) and am comfortable feeding, walking, bathing, and otherwise caring for them simultaneously. The oldest dog in my family takes medication daily, so I am also confident in administering medications as needed. I have also had cats for years and am comfortable caring for them indoors or outdoors and cleaning litter boxes if needed. Ultimately, I just really enjoy being around animals and I would love the chance to love on your pets for a while!! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or requests :)
Reviews

Sydney was great with our pups and our home. We would happily book with her again.
Sydney did such a great job with our 3 K9s and 1 Feline babies - they loved her! She did a great job with updates & pictures and was very communicative of any issues or mishaps. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to book with her again next time we need a sitter!

Sydney is amazing and took wonderful care of our dogs. I highly recommend her!

Sydney came through on somewhat of a short notice. She did a stay in home sit for our pups. She was very professional, and respectful of our home. The pups absolutely loved her, and were extremely spoiled with pets and love. She did a great job communicating with us while booking and when she was watching our pup. Absolutely will rebook if she is available and we need a sitter again. Thank you Sydney.
