Since I was a little girl I've cared for family and friends' pets (from cocker spaniels, to bassets, to full on blood hounds!) and have always loved it. When I was a senior in college, I decided I was ready to take on my own, so I got my own boxer/pittie mix, Lucy, and she's been by my side for the last six years! Since I work a remote job, I'm able to spend more time with our pets, and give them the around-the-clock attention they love and deserve. I've had experience with dogs of all ages, all sizes, and all breeds. I'm patient, attentive, and communicative!

I have my own back up leashes, back up poop bags, and respect house rules. I can adapt to pretty much any scenario, so if your pup has special requirements such as medication or dietary requirements, let me know and I'll always be sure to mind them! I really aim to adapt and mirror your pet’s daily routine and what they are used to, so it’s an easy adjustment while I’m looking after them!

Sydney was absolutely wonderful! Before our appointment, she took the time to meet Mona, get familiar with our area, and understand all of her needs. On the day of the appointment, she was punctual, and kept me updated throughout, which I really appreciate it. Most importantly, Mona was so happy to spend time with her! Sydney has been reliable, communicative and punctual. Every drop-in I’ve booked, she’s made time in her schedule, even when it’s been booked same day, and always arrives five minutes early. The dogs liked her the moment they met at our meet and greet, which doesn’t happen often. They’re both reluctant and anxious, but Sydney seemed to put them both at ease immediately. She has been a fantastic sitter.
Sydney has been an awesome sitter. She’s been so easy to work with!! My boys Tank, Bruce and Hoss all love her, and get so excited when I tell them she’s coming to see them. She’s been such a godsend since my husband and I travel often for work, and has been available pretty much whenever we need (even when it’s been last minute). If you’re looking for someone who actually plays with your dogs, and actually spends time with them, I highly recommend booking with Sydney.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy, loving dog walker in Katy, Sydney is truly wonderful! She treats every dog like her own and genuinely cares about their happiness and well-being. Our Yorkshire Terrier, Poppy, absolutely adores her and is always so excited for their walks. Poppy comes home happy, relaxed, and well cared for every time. Sydney’s thoughtful updates and photos give us such peace of mind. We feel so lucky to have found her and can’t recommend her enough!
I’ve known Sydney for 10 years! She’s helped care for my two girls, Jackie and Jill. They just adore her!! Everytime she comes to the house, I can see on my doggie cam just how excited they are to see her. She’s always shown up on time, always been available whenever we need, and has great communication. She’s polite and has been respectful of our home when staying overnight. If you’re looking for a consistent, committed pet sitter, she is definitely someone you will want to hire.

Schedule
I work a fully remote job! My main tasks consist of random phone calls and emails (so wifi is definitely needed), but isn't consuming, so I have tons of down time. This allows me to give a lot of attention to pets! Generally I’m able to give constant attention around the clock.
