I grew up taking care of our family’s Bernese Mountain Dogs and Leonberger and developed reliability, consistency, trustworthiness, and awareness. I have been around horses and dogs my whole life, and have experience with dog walking and sitting for family friends while in college and now in Manhattan.

Sydney has walked my 65 pound rambunctious Labrador retriever many times over the last few years. She is very knowledgeable about large dogs and comfortable around them. She is reliable, a great communicator, and very trustworthy. My dog loves Sydney and I have appreciated her quick responsiveness and flexibility. Highly recommend!
Didn’t use AI: Sydney has taken wonderful care of our Bernese Mountain Dog Harry over the years, from waking up early to give him breakfast and taking him outside for nature calls, to making sure nothing on the countertops is within his hungry reach. I know she’ll take great care of your dog, too!
Sydney is the best!! She often me helped take care of my dog in college while I was away and would always send me the cutest pics and update me on his walks. She loves animals and is always so willing to help.

Schedule
I’m currently working part-time, so dog sitting and walking is easy for me with my flexible schedule! I am very comfortable feeding, walking, and tending to dogs.

Safety, trust & environment
I live close to Central Park, making long and short walks very easy right from home. I am comfortable crating dogs and catering to unique needs. My family’s dog does not live with me at home in NYC. I do not live in an elevator building, so if the dog cannot walk up and down stairs, I can only carry a dog ~45 lbs. and lighter. You can expect lots of cute photo updates :)
A typical day
I absolutely love to spend time outside, so I’d your dog is up for it, we’ll be doing lots of that. Otherwise I love to cuddle up with dogs and play with them and their toys!
