Availability
Pet care is currently a big focus so I have a lot of flexibility! However my schedule currently doesn't work as well for long term repeat bookings. Longer house sits (7+) days might be a bit more difficult as well but I try my best to make it work!

Safety is very important for me (knowing warning signs of issues like GDV, making sure hazardous items are put away, etc). Regular updates - such as pictures of walks and playtime activities - will be given frequently. I will work hard to maintain your pets typical routine by following any given instructions closely. I'm also someone who likes to do research about different breeds. Each breed is different so I like to be prepared on how each breed can act and what their needs might be. My end goal will always be to ensure both you and your pet are comfortable as I care for them

Any written notes with important information would be very useful (feeding routine, how often theyre let outside, important medical history, etc). For longer stays I would for sure like to do a meet and greet with you and your pet to make sure its a good match
A typical day
I'll do my best to follow your pets typical day routine while you're away. I love to take walks and be outside so I can provide proper exercise for your pets. If we can't be outside I'll still give your pet engaging playtime from inside your home !

Pet care experience
Hi! Im Sydney and Ive owned pets basically my entire life. When I was younger I grew up with 4 cats and a black lab (which I owned since she was a puppy). I also owned guinea pigs for a few years. Currently, I own a border collie mix that we adopted from the Washington County humane society.

A week trip expanded to more than a month. Sydney worked her schedule to accommodate the delay. The cats love her and were a tad disappointed to see me walk through the door!
Sydney was wonderful! This was our first time with her and we couldn't be happier. From the meet and greet to the completion of the dog sitting she had great communication and we knew our dogs were in good hands. As she stayed in our home during our absence, when we returned it was as we left it and with happy dogs waiting for our return. We highly recommend Sydney and are so grateful for her taking care of our dogs as if they were her own.
Sydney did a great job with our dog and staying at our house. She was very accommodating at made sure Bentley got his medicine. She kept us posted throughout the stay and also made sure our dog was safe.
This is the second time Sydney has taken care of my two cats. They both came to greet her when she got to the house house. Sydney gives them lots of love and attention.
