Hello! Thank you for visiting my page. I am a lifelong resident of Dublin Ohio, and a big Buckeye fan. I obtained my bachelor’s degree from Ohio State in 2022. I am very comfortable caring for animals of all ages, shapes, sizes and species. My love for animals grew when my mom recruited me to volunteer at a local rescue group from around the age of 9. We fostered and adopted out many rescue pets. From then on my love for animals grew as the number of pets in our household grew. Overtime, as all the animals grew old, I became very accustomed to caring for senior pets and puppies/kittens with a wide range of medical needs. I am comfortable administering injectable medications, including fluids, oral medications, and topical medications as a result. Our current residents incident a 2 year old lab (Hank) and a 1 year old small mixed breed dog (Calvin). I am currently working full time in an office in Powell OH. Depending on proximity, I may be able to provide check ins on my lunch break. An added fun fact is that my boyfriend is a veterinarian currently working as an intern to become a surgeon. This is great because he is always on standby to answer any medical questions I may have!

Safety, trust & environment
I pride myself first and foremost on safety and the well being of animals. I am very cautious when opening doors as I used to have a 3 cat household and they would sometimes try to bolt. Dogs are never let outside not attended and or on a leash unless instructed otherwise.

Sydney filled right in for our regular sitter for our spicy, diabetic cat! She was patient and communicative, even when our cat wasn’t very friendly. Would hire again!
Sydney did a wonderful job taking care of our cats!!! After our initial meeting, we had high expectations - she exceeded them! She has a calm competence with animals that our pets clearly responded to. We have two cats: one who’s friendly but also assertive (sometimes overly so), and another who’s normally terrified of new people in our house. We assumed she’d never even see him. Instead, he didn’t run when Sydney entered (she even sent a photo!) and actually stayed with her and our other cat during the visit. That wasn’t luck, it was her experience showing. The depth of her experience, successfully handling all kinds of pet situations, makes her an outstanding choice for anyone needing a pet sitter. You'll feel comfortable that they're in good hands!
Sydney is great! She communicates well and send some cute photos of Serena. I could tell Serena was happy and comfortable with her! Even better, Serena was relaxed when I got home and hadn’t done any anxiety ridden destruction :) thanks Sydney!!

Schedule
I am currently working 8-5 Monday-Friday in a Powell office. I do get an hour lunch break and may be able to provide check ins during that time. My availability is most open in the evenings (5:30-10pm) and on weekends.
