I have grown up with dogs my entire life. Our family animals (dog, cats, goats, Guinea pigs, birds, lizards, and a pony) fostered my lifelong love of animals. As a dog sitter, I have experience working with many different breeds and personalities. I have worked at a cruelty-free animal shelter, where I walked dogs, provided playtime, and helped take care of their living spaces. I have experience dog sitting in my home and understand the importance of helping dogs feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. When your dog is with me, they will receive plenty of attention, affection, and care. I am happy to take your dog on walks as often as needed and look forward to having a companion to play and cuddle with. On days I am not at school, I am at home, which allows me to give your dog my full attention throughout the day. I genuinely care about making every dog feel happy, comfortable, and secure, and I will treat yours as if they were my own!

I have to say 1st off I Never leave my girl as shes my baby girl even at 13yrs old! After searching and contemplating on staying behind and not going on this vacation I came across Sydney and I can honestly say she truly went above and beyond for my old girl. I have had Roxy for 11 years now and wont even leave her with close family as I worry that she wont get the same love she receives the first two years of her life were not good then she rescued me, so when I left her with Sydney I was emotional after leaving for two reasons 1, I will miss my baby and think of her daily as she did rescue me and 2 I honestly felt like I was taking a fresh big breath and all the anxiety I had buildt up about leaving her truly did melt away. Her and her love ones all took a loving to my sweet girl and I only can pray that shell accept Roxy again when I decide to possibly get a weekend away which I always accomodate my plans to have Roxy with but to be honest it felt nice to be able to go anywhere without the worry that shes not allowed etc. I wholeheartedly trust Sydney to care for my old(baby)girl, I would trust her with all of my human grandbabies as much as I do with my puppers as Roxy is my family, my fur child Thank you so very much as I really needed to be on this vacation. You truly are a wonderful genuine human and I am forever grateful.
I couldn’t have been more happy with Sydney watching my dog! If something was wrong she immediately reached out, and kept me updated throughout the week! Not to mention she is so sweet and I could tell my dog was well loved and taken care of! If you’re looking for a dog sitter highly recommend Sydney!
Sydney was great! We got our little pup back very happy and well taken care of. I asked for picture updates and I got them. Great sitter!
Sydney recently watched my pup Frodo while I was away for a long weekend. She was super responsive, sent tons of updates and pictures of Frodo having a great time on walks, at the beach, and cuddled up snoozing. She went above and beyond in accommodating to my dog’ picky eating schedule. Overall I would definitely trust leaving Frodo with Sydney again and would highly recommend her to anybody seeking a loving temporary stopover for their pup.
I have always known Sydney to be very kind and gentle with animals. She loves dogs and they really seem to like and trust her. She grew up around a variety of animals including dogs, cats, and guinea pigs.

Schedule
I am currently a doctoral student studying Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine and my schedule allows me to provide pet care throughout the week. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I am on campus for part of the day, and Thursday through Monday I study from home, which gives me the availability to provide your pets with plenty of companionship and attention throughout the day.

I live in a house with my parents. The upstairs level is my dedicated living space, which includes a bedroom, bathroom, and a living room area. Your pet will spend their time in this space with me! My parents have a cat that lives downstairs. They will not be living in the same space. We live on 4 acres, providing ample outdoor space for play, exploration, and exercise. We are located on rural road, which is great for long walks. When caring for pets, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, playtime, and any special instructions you provide.

Every pet is different, so I tailor activities to what your pet enjoys most. Whether that is walks, playing, or cuddling, I'm happy to provide the attention and activities that make them happiest.
