Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely love doing. I grew up with both cats and dogs, including my chocolate Lab, Tucker, who was my best friend for 16 wonderful years. Those experiences taught me that pets aren’t just animals—they’re family. Over the years, I’ve regularly cared for my family and friend’s dogs while they’ve been away on weekends and vacations, and I love spending quality time with every pet I meet. Whether it’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply keeping them company, my goal is always to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I currently have a French Bulldog named Hootie, who means the world to me. I work from home, so I’m with him throughout the day, and caring for him has also given me experience navigating medical needs and paying close attention to a dog’s health and routine. What sets me apart is that I care for every pet the way I would want someone to care for my own. I know how important it is to maintain their routines, respect each owner’s preferences, and make sure every pet feels like they’re with family while you’re away. I treat every animal with the same love, patience, and attention I’d give Hootie.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible. I’ll follow your instructions closely—from feeding schedules and walks to medications, playtime, and bedtime routines—because I know consistency helps pets feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and companionship based on their personality and needs. Whether they love long walks, playing fetch, or just relaxing on the couch for cuddles, I’m happy to give them the care they enjoy most. I also understand that trust is just as important as pet care. I’ll treat your home with respect, keep everything clean and secure, and send regular updates with photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, loved, and in good hands.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my schedule because I work from home and have the flexibility to adjust my day as needed. I’m available for drop-in visits, walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship during the week and on weekends. I’m also happy to provide overnight care or stay in your home while you’re out of town for a weekend or longer trip. I know how important it is for pets to keep their normal routine, so I’ll do my best to make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Whether your pet needs a quick walk, a midday check-in, or someone to keep them company for an extended stay, I’m excited to help and provide dependable care you can trust.
