Teacher on Break—Dog Lover!
Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with 14+ years of pet care experience—starting way back when I was the go-to dog walker in my neighborhood at age 12. I’m now 26 and a full-time teacher, which means I have tons of flexibility in the summer and time to spoil your pup. While I don’t currently have a dog of my own (my teaching schedule during the school year makes it tricky), getting to walk and care for dogs through Rover lets me get my much-needed dog fix—and I truly treat every pup like they’re part of the family. Whether your dog is playful, shy, or somewhere in between, I’d love to meet them and make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away!

Rover fits into my routine because I’m very flexible during the summer and on weekends throughout the school year. As a teacher, I get consistent breaks and love spending that time with dogs—whether it’s walks, playtime, or just giving them some extra love and attention!

Safety, trust & environment
While I’m primarily focused on dog walking and drop-in visits, safety is always my top priority. If I ever care for a pet in my home, I make sure the space is calm, secure, and pet-friendly—no access to unsafe food, cords, or open doors. I keep a close eye on dogs during play and make sure they feel comfortable and safe in a new environment. I also follow any instructions from the owner closely to keep their routine as normal as possible.
