My name is Sydney and I love pets!

I have taken care of pets since I was in elementary school. I found a newborn puppy in my backyard and in 2019 and raised him (in my profile pic). He turned five years old earlier this year, but we recently unexpectedly had to put him to sleep due to unrecoverable injuries. My heart is absolutely broken, so I did shut down my Rover account for a little while. I’m back now and ready to start giving love to more pets! If you’re interested in boarding, I do offer that however I want to clarify that I live with 2 other people (my father & brother) and we do have a small yard. There is also a park right down the street where I can do 3-4 walks a day for them.

We had a great experience with Sydney. She was reliable, communicative, and took excellent care of our pets. We felt at ease while away and came home to happy, well-cared-for animals. Would definitely recommend and use again.
We hired Sydney to house sit our two dogs and three chickens while we were away on vacation and she was great! When we met, she was really good with the dogs, she paid attention to my instructions and asked questions. She sent pictures and updates periodically while we were out of town and the house was clean and tidy when we came home. I would definitely hire her again, and highly recommend her!
