Pet care experience
My name is Sydney and I love pets!
I have taken care of pets since I was in elementary school. I found a newborn puppy in my backyard and in 2019 and raised him (in my profile pic). He turned five years old earlier this year, but we recently unexpectedly had to put him to sleep due to unrecoverable injuries. My heart is absolutely broken, so I did shut down my Rover account for a little while. I’m back now and ready to start giving love to more pets!

Sydney took wonderful care of my dog while I was away for work. Super reliable, great communication with regular updates, and left my place clean. Highly recommend!
I hired Sydney to watch my dog/house sit for a couple nights while I was out of town. Upon returning after a day of travel, I walked into a dirty kitchen with a sink full of dirty dishes, pancake batter spilled all over my range, and dirty pans left on the range. She left a complete mess, just disrespectful to not clean up after herself and did not keep my house in the same condition I left it in. She also ate food from my pantry, fridge & freezer…I did not give her permission to do so, she didn’t ask, and she didn’t replenish it. My dog had the runs the day I got back so I wonder if she got into or fed something other than what I instructed her to feed her. I messaged her when I got back, no response. She did send a few photos and took jojo for a few 10 min long walks and seemed sweet. However, with the condition my house was left in, I will not be hiring her again unfortunately.

Sydney took care of my 2 kitties and my house for 9 days. She kept in excellent contact and sent photos. She left the house clean. She's sweet, friendly and punctual. I really appreciate how she always got back to me very quickly Will definitely use again!
Sydney cared for our 3 pups over a week and we came home to some very happy doggies. She sent pictures every day and obviously gave them lots of love.
Sydney took such amazing care of our two fur babies, Coco & Toro (both bully/shepherd mixes), while we went away for the weekend. She is so sweet & friendly, sending photos daily to keep us updated. I highly recommend Sydney if you ever need a friend for your fur babies while you're away on holiday!

Schedule
I’m currently a student in college, so working with pets fits in perfectly with my schedule! Since I’m taking online classes, I have more time to be able to care for animals.
