I’ve grown up with dogs and have been caring for them from a young age, both my own and friends’ dogs over the years. Until recently we shared our home with our much-loved small dog, Baby, who lived to 14 — so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs at different stages of life and giving them plenty of affection, patience and attention. Both my husband and I work from home full-time, which means your dog will have company throughout the day and won’t be left alone except for the odd short errand. We genuinely love having dogs around the house again — whether that’s going out for walks, playing, or just enjoying a calm cuddle and snooze indoors. We live just one minute from Streatham Common and around ten minutes from Tooting Common, so daily walks are a big part of our routine. At home, we have a large, fully fenced garden where dogs can pop outside easily during the day, as well as a spacious house with plenty of room to relax between adventures. We also have a one-year-old daughter who absolutely adores dogs and is very used to being around both small and large breeds. She’s always supervised, and dogs staying with us tend to slot naturally into our calm, family-based routine. I’m available for dog boarding and doggy day care, and I aim to make every dog feel safe, settled and truly at home while they’re with us.
