Hello! Please be aware that my English level is limited and I will be using a translator when speaking to you. I’ve had cats all my adult life, I love spending time with them and giving them love. I understand some of the cats want space and I can give it to them too. You cat will be in safe and loving hands with me.

This was the third time that I have boarded my cat, Billy with Svitlana & Shkola . This is also a review of Billy’s last stay with them, in December, 2025. Both times, they did a great job with Billy. He is very shy and hides most of the time. He spends a lot of time with me, so does not like being left behind when I leave town. I translated some of the instructions into their native language, and printed a copy for them, and I think that helps. Billy seems more familiar with their place after staying there a few times. He even allowed Svitlana to pet him on his head near the end of his last visit. I hope to be able to have Billy stay with Svitlana & Shkola again.
I had to travel overseas unexpectedly, and SVITLANA was incredibly responsive despite the short notice. She graciously agreed to care for my cat for an extended period. Throughout my absence, she kept me updated with multiple reassuring texts and adorable photos, demonstrating her caring and kind nature. When I came to pick up my cat, he looked so happy—it's clear she treated him like family. I would definitely trust her again.

Dexter had a wonderful stay with Svitlana & Shkola! We received many pictures and video updates and they were very responsive. We felt very comfortable leaving our cat with them for a long stay!

Schedule
Me and my husband work full time during the day, we get home in the evening. We can assure the cats have their food twice a day. We can board them any time, weekdays or weekends
