Attention to all pet parents! My Name is Suzy I live in Burr Ridge. I am home all day. I have a 1500 sq ft open play area. I have been doing this in the BR area for four years now. I have 20 years experience caring for pets. I have built my clientele although I am still taking new clients. I work seven days a week with dogs and can offer services on holidays as well. I did some renovations recently and now have approximately 1500 sq ft area for running and playtime for my boarding and day care dogs. I will treat your fur baby like my own. I have experience administering medication to dogs. I have experience with senior dogs and puppies. I have experience with Covid/anxiety dogs. I have had a handful of them. I’m a stay at home mom with one older child. Caring for dogs is my full time job. My husband works from home and loves petting the dogs and giving them lots of attention! I have a sweet mini golden doodle that allows me to do this. I can take your dog out every hour or so for bathroom breaks. I do boarding and doggy day care only. I will update you daily and send pictures, and some videos. I will also sit on the deck with your dog since I love the outside. I have a long narrow dog run that’s gated in the front of my home. And a large yard. Dogs can sleep separately, or can sleep close to another dog. I have large play pens for any size dog, the dogs can sleep in there at night, or on the doggie couch, or a dog bed. My back yard has a dog tie cut cable and stake. It’s 30 FT and rope escape proof. To avoid all the foot traffic in my home I do not give tours of my home on my meet and greets, drop offs, and pick ups. There are pictures on Rover of my play area and boarding atmosphere. My hours are M-F 7:30am-7:30pm Saturdays&Sundays 8-9am depending-7:30pm I do not offer drop off or pick up services. I do not accept doberman pinchers, pit bulls, (some pit bull mixes are fine) Mastiffs, Great Pyrenees, and Great Danes, and Bernese Mountain dogs.

Suzy was absolutely amazing with our dog, Dema! We felt completely at ease during his stay, which meant so much to us. She kept us updated with photos and videos, and it was clear he was having the best time. Honestly, Dema didn’t even want to leave when we came to pick him up! We’re beyond grateful for how caring, patient, responsible, and loving Suzy was with him. She truly is the best, and from now on, we’ll only trust Dema with Suzy. Highly, highly recommend her❤️❤️❤️
Suzy was an excellent sitter- very communicative with photos and reliable. I appreciate her doing a meet and greet to ensure it was a good fit. Armani was well taken care of and came back happy. Will definitely be bringing him back again!
Estrella and Jordan loved their five hour stay with Suzy. I am extremely happy with the attentive care Suzy provided. I received updates during their stay and they were comfortable in Suzy’s home. A perfect fit. Thank you Suzy for taking such great care of Estrella and Jordan!!

Schedule
Since caring for dogs is my full time job I make sure each dog has the appropriate exercise and play time. I have a good system that I go by with each dog for day and night time. I do not offer drop offs or pick up services.

Safety, trust & environment
I monitor all dogs. When I do run out of the house, etc I separate each dog to be safe. Your dog will be safe at my home with my family and I. We have a very safe neighborhood with cameras as you come in.
Pets
A typical day
I like to throw the ball around to the dogs. Play tug of war. I have tons of pet toys and bones. Take walks, they can run and play a lot. If your dog does not want to play or hang with other dogs they are welcome to sit by me.
