A typical day in my home is structured, calm, and tailored to each dog’s needs, with a balanced mix of activity and relaxation. Mornings start with quick potty breaks outside, followed by breakfast on each dog’s regular schedule. After eating, dogs enjoy supervised outdoor playtime in my fully fenced backyard, where they can safely run, explore, or just relax in the fresh air. Throughout the day, dogs have a combination of indoor relaxation and outdoor access, depending on their energy level and preferences. Some enjoy playing together, while others prefer lounging in a cozy spot or soaking up the sun. In the afternoon, we go for walks, giving dogs a chance to get exercise, explore, and burn off energy in a structured way. Because I keep a small group (2–3 dogs max), I’m able to give each dog individual attention and ensure a calm, well-managed environment. Evenings are more relaxed, with another round of outdoor time, dinner, and a gentle wind-down. Most dogs settle in comfortably—whether that’s relaxing beside me, curling up on the couch, or resting in their own space. My goal is to provide a consistent, home-like routine where dogs feel safe, engaged, and completely at ease.
