Retired Police Dog Handler/Trainer
Having retired after 24 years, from the Police in the UK, where I served as a Police Dog Handler Officer, I have a wealth of experience, in training and handling dogs, however more importantly, I have a passion for animals. I grew up in Scotland with lots of pets at home and loved every one. I have owned Spaniels, a Setter, a Bernese Mountain dog and a Rhodesian Ridgeback in the past and home kennelled my Police German Shepherd. I also love the outdoors and exercise so can offer your pet lots of love, a secure and homely environment and plenty of walks. I’m at home most of the day so your dog will have constant company and care. Our home is safe and spacious on a 2 acre lot at the end of quiet road and the house is set back on a hill. We have a lovely secure fenced in puppy area for potty and fun time but all dogs are given walks in the area too. Although we have two dogs, if your dog is not a fan of mixing with dogs, I have more than enough room to keep dogs separate and this is not a problem at all.

Suzanne was so welcoming and kind to my pup! She was incredibly attentive and sent pictures and videos for the time he was there. Would highly recommend her as she was an amazing caretaker!
Suzanne was WONDERFUL and we will absolutely be booking her again in the future. You can tell she loves dogs & is extremely comfortable with many breeds. Suzanne sent regular updates and photos & was so flexible regarding drop off and pick up times. She truly enjoyed our dogs’ company & they loved her too! This was our first sleep over for our 8 month old puppy and I was so reassured and didn't worry one bit. Charlie was in excellent hands and had such a blast with Winston. He had numerous walks and was definitely tuckered out when we picked him up after a 4 day stay! I loved all the video and photo updates throughout his visit! I know he was safe and well-cared for. This was like puppy-camp for him! I definitely look forward to him visiting again the next time we head out of town. The fenced yard and private home at the end of the road are perfect for pets!
Luna loves her time with Suzanne. She is a Velcro dog and normally hates being away frome but she loved her time at Suzanne's house.
My dog, Tilly, loved her time with Suzanne! Suzanne was very responsive and would send daily updates and pictures of Tilly. I could tell by the photos that Tilly was very happy and well cared for. It gave my wife and I great peace of mind during our vacation! Looking forward to continuing to use Suzanne's services for future stays for Tilly.

I have one small female spaniel at home (neutered). I can keep your pet here or am happy to pop to your home to facilitate care and walks. The important thing is that your dogs are happy and you are contented in this knowledge
