Dogs have always been a part of my life — from growing up in a home full of wagging tails to now having my own gorgeous pup, Scout, I truly understand what it means to love and care for a dog like family. This lifelong experience gives me a natural instinct for reading canine body language, meeting each dog’s individual needs, and providing a calm, reassuring presence whether we’re out on an adventure or snuggled up at home. What sets me apart is not just my experience, but my genuine passion — I treat every dog in my care as if they were my own. Whether your pup is high-energy and needs lots of play, or prefers a gentle stroll and cuddles on the sofa, I’ll tailor my care to suit their personality. You’ll get regular updates, tons of love, and complete peace of mind knowing your furry friend is in safe, loving hands. My fiance Adam is a new dog owner, taking on Scout! But he absolutely loves it. Adam loves long walks so will be more than happy to have a furry companion!

Suzanne has been involved with dogs since she was a little girl. Through her childhood she helped to care for them by walking, playing and caring for their needs. Since moving into her own house she has now got a dog of her own who she has spent many hours training. Suzanne has a caring nature and a great love of animals especially dogs.

Schedule
Dog care fits beautifully into my daily and weekly routine, and I pride myself on being flexible to meet the needs of both you and your pup. Whether you’re looking for early morning walks, lunchtime visits, or overnight stays, I’m happy to adapt my schedule to what works best for your dog. I know every dog – and every owner – is different, so I’ll always do my best to accommodate your routine, preferences, and any special requirements. My goal is to make things as easy and stress-free as possible for both of you!

Safety, trust & environment
Whether your dog stays in our home or I (Suze) come to yours, their comfort and happiness is my top priority. In our home, your pup will enjoy a calm, cosy environment with plenty of love, playtime, and companionship. We have safe indoor and outdoor space, and of course, Scout is always up for a gentle game or a nap buddy (if your dog is social and comfortable with other dogs!). We would keep to your dog’s usual routine as much as possible — including feeding times, walks, and any special quirks or comforts they’re used to. If I’m caring for your dog in their own home, I’ll make sure they feel safe and settled in their familiar space. I’m tidy, respectful, and will treat your home like my own while giving your dog the care and attention they deserve. Whether it’s walks around their usual route, belly rubs on their favourite rug, or managing medication and routines, we’ll make sure everything runs smoothly while you’re away.

I love playing games in the garden or our on walks! Our cockapoo Scout loves lots of enrichment so we would want to do this for the dogs we care for too!
