I work full-time from home, so your dog will have company, care, and attention throughout the day. Waking up on my pillow ❤️ (if they're staying overnight and enjoy a bed cuddle!) • Up to three walks per day, tailored to your dog's age, fitness level, and usual routine • Mentally stimulating games and enrichment activities • Meals and medications according to your instructions • Plenty of nap time and relaxation • Sofa cuddles and companionship • Lots of fuss, love, and attention. At weekends, your pooch will simply become part of the family. We'll take them along on our adventures, with plans made around their needs, comfort, and enjoyment. 🐾 We aim to keep your dog's routine as close as possible to home. Meal times will follow their normal schedule, and oral medications can be administered exactly as instructed by you. My husband is a retired police officer, and between us we pride ourselves on providing a safe, secure, and trustworthy environment where dogs can relax and feel completely at home.

We only accept dogs from one family at a time. Our home is warm, welcoming and secure for your dog(s). We have a fully fenced and secure garden with no rear access, eliminating the risk of gates being left open. Fresh water is available at all times and is refreshed regularly throughout the day. During warmer weather, we leave the back door open so dogs can safely move between the house and garden as they wish and we will ensure your dog is kept as cool as possible. We have space for crates if your dog prefers to sleep in their own familiar crate. If your dog is not usually allowed upstairs, we can provide a comfortable dog bed or sofa space downstairs, helping them maintain the routines and boundaries they're used to at home. Daily photo updates will be sent for your peace of mind.

It's also helpful to know how they interact with other dogs and people, whether they have any fears or anxieties, and if there are any behaviours you'd like me to be aware of. The more information you can provide, the easier it is for me to make your dog's stay happy, safe, and stress-free.

My goal is to keep dogs happy, engaged, and relaxed while giving them both mental and physical stimulation throughout their stay.

We will welcome your dog into our home as one of the family – they may not want to leave! My husband and I are both in our 50s and have spent our lives around dogs. We lost our beloved dog, Jarvis, a few years ago and decided to take a break from dog ownership so we could travel more. However, there's still a dog-shaped hole in our home and our hearts. Our children have now flown the nest, and because I work from home, dog boarding and daycare felt like the perfect way to share our love of dogs while helping other owners. We regularly care for the dogs of family and friends, treating each one as if they were our own. Dogs staying with us enjoy plenty of love, attention, walks, play, and mental enrichment games. They are welcome to snuggle on the sofa, relax in the garden, and enjoy all the comforts of home. We have a secure, fully enclosed garden and a park just across the road for walks and adventures. We understand that leaving your dog with someone new can feel daunting, which is why we encourage a meet-and-greet whenever possible. Peace of mind for owners is just as important to us as providing exceptional care for their dogs. Thank you for taking the time to read our profile.
