Overall, Suzanne successfully watched and cared for my cat for nearly two weeks and ensured he was taken care of for the most part. My home was clean upon return, which I really appreciated!!! A few key notes I would want any future potential booking client to know up front: Suzanne is wildly sensitive to scents and smells. She will openly critique your home/household goods/products you use. This is a heightened sensitivity because I only used fragrance-free detergents and soaps but she still complained about “sweet” smells she could detect. She also did not care for the brand of litter I have used for my cat for over 3 years, despite that she visited weeks before my trip and had no complaints at the time. Within 24 hours of her stay, she wanted to change my cat’s litter. I was away on a very stressful trip, caring for my elderly mother for an extended stay and I was not in a position to tailor my home to her sensitivities. She complained about my sheets and instead of bringing her own to change out, she slept on my sofa next to the same litter she hated. I couldn’t make it make sense or deal with it from 12 hours away. She later insisted my cat was having a toxic “wired” reaction to his medication he’s also been on for 3 years and said his dosage was too high and said she stopped giving him his medication. I then decided to cut my trip short and come home to assess. My cat has had zero behavioral issues or reactions since I returned. I’m pretty sure he was just throwing a fit for more treats. 🙃 I will say in person and on the phone was easier to receive her questions and feedback but I do not recommend Suzanne for long or overnight stays, which I mentioned to her. I do think she’s a well-intended person who believes she is proactive in her concerns but asking questions before making decisions is preferred when detailing with other people’s pet medicine and homes. I wish Suzanne all the best and thank her for her devotion and time to Theodore who needed a nightly cuddle while Mom and sister were away for so long. I knew she was a trustworthy person in my home and I do value her time and efforts.

Baby was so happy to see us, but we could tell she was well taken care of. She is the only pet we have and it is hard to leave her. But she appeared to thrive! We are very thankful for Suzzane taking care of her. She even put ear drops in Baby’s ears!!! Thank you, Suzzane. ♥️

Amazing Sitter! Never had to worry about my little boy while gone and kept me updated everyday!

Suzanne was wonderful with Princess (my cat). I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or family. If we go on any more trips I will definitely try to rebook with her.

I can't say enough positive things about Suzanne. She took the best care of Dunkin and Poppie. She is kind,paitient and goes above and beyond. So glad we found her.

Absolutely genuine person. You can tell she has a kind heart and will make sure your pet is so well cared for they will be happy to go back. Would 100% recommend.
