A typical day
A typical day for your dog while they are with me will be completely different depending on the animal. I try my best to keep it as close to what they’re used to as possible. Let me know if you have any activities your dog particularly enjoys. (Tug of war, fetch, hiking, or cuddling on the couch.) I will try and incorporate as much of their normal daily routine as I can.

✨First walk free!✨ 30 minutes to 1 hour. This gives me a chance to learn your dogs personality, training habits, behaviors and more. It also gives you a chance to meet me and decide if I am the right fit for your families needs. I have owned many dogs and cats, as well as other pets such as small animals and reptiles. I have been volunteering dog walking at the animal refuge league as well as in the clinic supporting with post op care. I have also been working with wild animals for about a year at the Saco River Wildlife Center. I have plenty of experience handling animals of all kinds as well as any situations that may arise during care. I can manage larger pets and smaller pets. I can also deal with dogs who may be a bit reactive or not leash trained. I will treat your pet just as if they were my own with the utmost care and love. It would be much appreciated if you considered me for your pet care needs. I look forward to hearing from you. (Please remember to leave a review it really impacts the amount of bookings I get!) I make safety and comfort the number one priority. I like to as much as possible keep to your pets routines and habits. I do my absolute best to get your pet to be comfortable with a sometimes stressful situation.

Suzanne was great with my pup and always looked happy in the photos that were sent. She also went out of her way to fix a few blips with some of the technology in the house. Lastly, when I wanted to change plans mid-week she accepted without charging me the whole rate, which I was planning to pay without argument, so that was very considerate of her and appreciated. However, Rover cards were not used at all and I only received 2-3 photos (some identical) per visit. Additionally, visit times were sporadic and for a few visits she stayed less than ten minutes. Suzanne is definitely good with pets but I did not feel she was as reliable as I needed for my girl, who ended up being very lonely and going to the neighbors for the second half of my trip so she could get more people time.
