A very accommodating person. Alfie loved his time with Suzanne and her family

Suzanne was great she arrived early and stayed with ronnie my dog for 22 hours. While I went and enjoyed my son's wedding. When I messaged to see how he was she replied straight away. Would recommend. Thanks Suzanne 😊

Suzanne did a good job with Toby, she made sure that he’s good and well fed each time she came in. She kept me up to date all the time and replied to all my questions, which gave me peace of mind. I definitely recommend her.

Communication was poor, every day I had to chase and ask if everything OK. Which is not something you want when you are away, especially in a remote place where we've been with no good reception/internet. We agreed to 8am and I was expecting visit and message short after that, instead I would hear back at 10-11am. On a positive note my cat seemed happy when I got back so that's the most important thing.

A very stressful and unpleasant experience. • She offered to pay out of app and cash in hand which is against Rover policy. • Brought her son with her which was not agreed. • Did not arrive on time (at least 30mins late) for each visit (4 in total) and made an unplanned drop in at 11pm at night which was not agreed! • Did not spend full 30 minutes at each drop in session • Was suppose to visit at 8am in the morning of the 26/12/2023 and did not show up until 14:15pm after “trouble with car and son”. Overall a very unpleasant experience and will not be re-booking with Suzanne.

Suzanne was a lovely pet sitter - she was communicative with photo updates, looked after Stella well and provided her with a friendly home from home.
