I have more than 15 years of experience taking care of pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities. During this time, I learned that good care is more than the basics — it starts with patience, attention, and understanding each pet’s needs. Knowing their behavior helps me respect their rhythm and offer real comfort and safety. My connection with animals began early in my life. I grew up on a farm, where I had daily contact with many different animals. This taught me how to observe, respect, and take care of them responsibly. I have always lived with dogs and cats, as well as other animals, which gave me wide and practical experience. I also did volunteer work helping stray animals in Brazil, giving them care and support until they had a new chance. This experience made my commitment to responsible and loving care even stronger. Your companion will be in good hands — cared for with the same dedication, patience, and kindness I have always given to animals throughout my life. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, welcomed, and respected.

Suzana was amazing with our dog wilbert, we got daily photos, videos and updates everyday. She also looked after other dogs while Wilbert was there which made the whole experience even better for Wilbert who loved the company and playing with other dogs! I would 1000% recommend Suzana for dog care. And we will definitely have her look after Wilbert anytime we need dog care.

I live in an apartment in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by green areas, with a dog park very close to my home — a peaceful environment for playtime and long walks.
A typical day
Every pet is unique, and I adapt the routine to each one’s personality, age, and energy level. In the beginning, I take time to get to know your pet, understand their habits, and learn what rhythm makes them feel happiest and most comfortable.
