I can't say enough good things about my dog boarding experience with Suyenti! From the moment Suyenti kindly picked up my dog Daisy, I felt completely at ease. The care and attention given to her was beyond exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure Daisy felt right at home, constantly providing updates, pictures, videos and little notes from Daisy on how she was doing, which truly put my mind at ease while I was away and missing her. Not only was Daisy well taken care of, but you could tell she was genuinely loved during her stay. It was clear that she treated her like one of her own. She came back happy, well-exercised, and with her tail wagging non-stop. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog with the utmost love and care, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Suyenti was nothing short of amazing. She stepped in last minute for me when another sitter was not working out, and took amazing care of my dog. It was nice to be able to enjoy my trip without having to worry.

For as long as I have known Suyenti, she has always shown joy and excitement being around dogs, whether it's her own or other strangers' dogs. She makes sure her dog's needs are met (i.e.: foods, snacks and bonding time) and marks the calendar to make sure her dog gets his meds regularly.

I came to know Yenti when I had an emergency situation almost 3 years ago. We did not know each other. We just saw each other in the neighborhood. She saw how distraught I was when I asked whether she knows any pet sitters in the area. She immediately offered to help. She cared for my 2 cats for 3 days while I was in a hospital. Because my cats were new to Yenti, she calmly guided me with correct questions during the short 30 minutes that we've got to talk before I left for the hospital. She asked my permission to record the conversation, so that she can listen to it later. Yenti is highly organized. She created a cheat sheet that briefly describes character of each cat, the food they eat, how to serve it, which times, which vets I take them to, where carriers are, etc. I found it pretty useful and still have it on my refrigerator where she left it. And while my cats were happy to see me, Yenti proved to be very reliable, dependable, caring individual that keeps her cool even in emergency situations. I highly recommend her.
