I’ll love them like you do!
I’ve grown up with all sorts of dogs since childhood, as well as cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds -a whole menagerie of pets over the years! Over the years, I’ve looked after friends beloved pets when they need help and would love to help you if I can. Having recently had a dog who required special care I’m also happy to look after dogs with specific medical needs and those that might need that bit more reassurance. I’ve lots of experience with puppies and very happy to help with their basic training and socialisation too.

I will follow whatever routine your pet is used to, from where they prefer to sleep in your home to diet and play/exercise needed. Hopefully they’ll not even notice you’re gone! For additional peace of mind, as well as Rover booking assurance, I am fully independently insured.

Susie stayed at our house to look after Monty while we were away and we couldn’t have been happier with the care she provided. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish, sending plenty of updates and photos throughout which gave us complete peace of mind knowing Monty was happy and well looked after. During the heatwave she went above and beyond to make sure he stayed comfortable and safe, taking him out for early walks and adjusting his routine to avoid the hottest parts of the day. It was clear he was getting lots of attention, and he was relaxed and settled when we returned home. We’d happily recommend her to anyone looking for a caring dog sitter and would definitely ask her to look after Monty again in the future. Thank you again, Susie!
Susie was great. Very calm and gentle with Titus, quickly intuiting his nervousness. I was confident that he would enjoy his walk. And so it proved! He was in very good hands.

Schedule
Sadly we have lost our much loved family dog, and working very flexibly from home I now have a lot of free time to give, meaning I can easily keep to your pets current routine. Please note I am currently fully booked for summer hols but can be available for daytime and brief overnight stays.
