I will love hearing all about your beloved cat(s) and their fun little habits and personality traits. I’ll appreciate knowing anything that will make my visits a success. Please note: I am not trained or qualified to administer medications or care for sick cats.
A typical day
I love talking to the cats I care for! When I first arrive at your home for the day, I will call out to them in a friendly voice to let them know I am there and happy to see them. If they come out to greet me I will say “hi” and offer a few pets. Then I will go about completing whatever duties you have requested. After that, I like to spend some quality time with them doing whatever they might enjoy. I will start by listening to the things that you have shared with me. I am also very observant and in-tune with cat behavior and cater my affection accordingly. This might include playing with a favorite toy, sitting on the floor and seeing if they come to me and want to be pet, brushing them if they like, etc. It’s also ok if they want to hide under a bed and not be seen. I will still go and say “hi” and sit on the floor so they can come out and see me if they’d like. It’s amazing what some time, gentle talking and patience can do.

Hi! My name is Susanne and I'm a total cat lover! I specialize in once/day drop-in visits for cats. I have 5 years of professional cat-sitting experience and 3 cats of my own. I work a flexible, part-time job, and can usually be available sometime between 8am and 6pm, 7 days/wk. I'm a very reliable and trustworthy person who works with a high level of integrity. I will thoroughly enjoy spending time with your cat(s) and giving them all the love and attention they need while you're away. Depending on your input and each cat's personality, that may include playing, brushing, snuggling, petting, etc. The usual "necessities" are also included. If needed, I'm also willing to take care of your home (water plants/garden, bring in packages, etc.) I'd love to spend some quality time with your furry feline(s) and look forward to hearing from you!
