Hi, I'm Susie 😊 Animals have been my one true passion ever since I can remember! My animal care journey started with guinea pigs and rabbits when I volunteered at a children's farm from 2016-2018. I adopted my own pair of guinea pigs from here and now have 4 girls of my own 🩷 I then volunteered with the National Animal Welfare trust, gaining experience with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperments. I worked with many animals with behavioural difficulties, health conditions and disabilities, which involved administering medication. I also learnt how to effectively train dogs and puppies through positive reinforcement during my time at NAWT. Unfortunately, volunteering was not allowed to continue during the pandemic, so I moved to providing private pet sitting, dog training and dog walking when it was allowed. My first client was an energetic field spaniel called Issy who you can see a picture of on my profile along with many of the other pets I've taken care of 🥰 At uni in Nottingham, I was ran the dog society and connected with many owners through organising group dog walks. I learnt so much about the different connections between pups and their owners and found this experience invaluable. I'm looking forward to loving more cats and dogs like family and am confident that I can guarantee the highest quality care 🐾

Would definitely recommend Susie! She is such a lovely lady who provided me with lots of updates of Simba throughout the day and left me reassured that he was being properly looked after and also having the best time with her
We love Susie! She is such a warm and calming presence, perfect for my two busy boys who quickly fed off her energy and settled right down with her. A meet and greet was arranged as I’m an anxious person and Susie settled my mind and answered all questions. She gave me regular updates and wasn’t afraid to check things and when I returned home my boys were calm and cared for. Thanks so much! 🫶🏼
If we could leave 6 stars we would! Susie has been wonderful taking care of our paralysed and incontinent dog Yarrow whilst we were away. We could tell from meeting Susie how great she is with animals and I can tell that Yarrow loves her and has been so well taken care of. The house was also left so lovely and clean. We feel very lucky to have found Susie and will absolutely be using her in future!
Susannah was great when she looked after my very excitable 3 year old dog. She was very friendly and her love for pets was clear to see. I felt completely at ease leaving her with my dog and when I returned I could see that she had formed a positive bond and my dog was happy and in her company. I would highly recommend her.
Susie has looked after my 3 dogs many times over the last few years. They adore seeing her and she is amazing with them. Very kind, caring, follows their routine and always goes above what is asked of her. She is trustworthy and reliable and I would highly recommend her
Susie has made a lasting impact on my wee boy. Every time she comes to take care of him he rushes from the window to the door jumping straight into some play time! of course not everyone has an active dog but I can assure you she is extremely knowledgeable in dog behaviour and offers him lots of cuddles when he does tire out! Words cannot describe what I'd do without her help, always offering a photo or two when I arrive home to show the good time they've had.

Schedule
I am currently available to look after both cats and dogs in your own home and provide enriching local dog walks at all times. Please note that I don't drive but as long as you're accessible by bus and/or walk, I'm more than happy to make the journey 😊
