Whatever you need to make your pet feel secure, I will do. We will walk in your yard, toss a ball or frisbee, or whatever, for exercise. Crate the pet between my visits? No problem. No crate? No problem. Treats, petting, hanging out on the sofa--lots of time for that.

I will take special care of dogs or cats with special needs. I will ask the pet parent as many questions so I know all the information before I take care of the dog or cat. I will be sure I give the correct amount of medication as well as being vigilant about the animals if something is off about the cat or dog. I will also let the pet owner know asap.

I will walk your dog or more than one dog to the dog park if there is one in your neighborhood as well as walking around the neighborhood. I will throw a rope toy or ball around so the dog is tired out by the end of the day. I will also play tug a war with the dog. I will throw a toy or two for a cat and make sure the cat is comfortable with me.

I have been pet sitting for eight years, off and on, for friends and neighbors. I also have pet sat for people from my church. I love animals and understand them deeply. My day job is as a kennel tech at an Animal Hospital, where I have worked since 2014.

Susannah took great of my dogs and sent frequent updates with pictures. Things were a little hectic before I left and she adapted well to the changes.
