Hi! I'm Susanna, a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets. While my full-time career has always been in customer service, animals have always been my true passion. I worked part-time at Monster Pets, where I learned about animal care and the importance of meeting each pet's individual needs. I also volunteered with the PSPCA, helping care for animals and giving them the attention, patience, and compassion they deserve. I know every pet has their own unique personality, and I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or plenty of cuddles, I'll treat your furry family member like one of my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you're away, knowing your pet is in caring, dependable hands.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I'll follow your care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications (if needed), exercise, and routines. I take the time to build trust with every pet, provide plenty of love and attention, and keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how they're doing. I treat every pet as if they were my own.I also have two cats and cared for a rescued parakeet for over 10 years, so I understand the responsibility and love that goes into caring for animals.

Schedule
I work full-time from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, but I'm available for morning, evening, and weekend visits. I have reliable transportation and am happy to travel. I'm committed to providing dependable, loving care and keeping your pet's routine as consistent as possible.
