Loving Sitter in New York City!
Hi, I’m Susana and I absolutely love animals! I love playing with them, getting to know them, taking care of them, and just the general companionship they provide. Currently, I cannot afford to have my own pet, so I figured that in the meantime, pet sitting would allow me to hang out with some furry friends. So far, I have experience taking care of small, medium, and large dogs. I have never fostered any pups, but I did have my own dog from ages 10 to 15 and have been on Rover for four years already. I adapt my dog-sitting to each and every pet and house I sit. Do you have a backyard? A dog park nearby? Is your pet friendly with other pets? Are they more loners? Do they need long or short walks? Insulin injections? Take any pills? These are all vital details that allow me to provide the absolute best care for your pet(s)

Susanna cared for my old, high needs dog, Penny, for two weeks and did a GREAT job! Penny has mobility and continuity challenges and Susanna took good care of her in spite of that. She kept me updated with photos and notes every couple days, and was super easy for me to work with - she just took care of stuff. I think Penny misses her! I will hire her again!

Susanna was nice, however she needs to be more honest with her sitters. She did ask if her boyfriend can come over to my home. Her boyfriend stayed the night at my home without letting me know. In addition her boyfriend (who I never met) walked our dogs. The only way I knew all of which transpired was because of my camera at the front door. Also, I have no problem with her going out but as a owner it is the expectation to adhere to the dogs feeding/sleeping times. This was not followed and the dogs weren’t on their appropriate schedule. They are usually fed by 5pm and are in their crates by 9pm. This was not the case.
Susana was a great sitter. She was very responsive to messages and came over twice to meet and interact with the dogs before the sit. During the sit she stayed in touch daily and asked lots of good questions about how we liked the dogs looked after. She sent pictures and the dogs were clearly well-cared-for on our return.
Susana over exceeded my expectations! She sent multiple updates and photos which put my mind at ease. Not to mention my baby Milo loved her! I will definitely book her again.
