Not only have I witnesses Susana lovingly care for her own pets over the years, but I've also seen how diligently she looks after other people's animals. She often goes the extra step and out of her way to ensure the animal is okay -- from rescuing to buying products for the dog/cat with her own money. As a fellow dog and cat lover, I'm very protective and hesitant to let other care for my own animals, but I don't give it a second thought when I know it's Susana.
