Susan took exceptional care of our two dogs, Finn and Sophie, while we were away. Before our trip, Sophie had torn her CCL (similar to an ACL in humans), so we were understandably nervous about leaving her. Susan did an amazing job keeping Sophie calm and rested, administering her medications exactly as needed, and following all of her care instructions. We were thrilled to see that Sophie had actually improved by the time we returned home. Susan also sent us multiple "pup-dates" each day, complete with adorable photos. Seeing Finn and Sophie happy, comfortable, and well cared for gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter. We highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for someone who is caring, dependable, and attentive, and we would absolutely trust her with Finn and Sophie again in the future.
